Repair

Our team carries out many repairs on our premises. This on-site repair service avoids long waiting times and allows you to benefit from a personalized service.

Repair of servo jacks and cylinders

Our cylinder repair shop carries out modifications or complete repairs of industrial and mobile cylinders of all types. MCS-Servo is one of the only companies in Quebec to repair servo cylinders. We also manufacture cylinders to customer specifications for special applications.

Repair and calibration of servo valves and proportional valves

Our repair laboratory is equipped with a dedicated test bench for servo valves and proportional valves. Evaluation, cleaning, repair and final calibration are performed on site to ensure the best price and delivery time. An extensive inventory of new and used parts allows for the economical repair of obsolete valves. A detailed report and a one-year warranty accompany all repairs.

Repair of position sensors

Our electronics laboratory is fully equipped to check, repair and calibrate position sensors. Whether it is an analogue or digital sensor, there is no need to return it to the manufacturer. Our workshop takes care of everything.

Repair of variable speed pumps and motors

Our repair workshop offers the complete repair service for fixed and variable speed pumps and motors. All repairs include pressure and flow testing on the test bench prior to delivery.

Authorised RKP repair centre

Our RKP repair centre allows us to offer our customers a local service for the repair and troubleshooting of Bosch and Moog RKP pumps.
